Build A Schedule From Verified Maintenance Intervals
Identify the equipment, the work and the manufacturer’s interval for each task. Use the last completed date from the service log, not the installation date. Saved tasks add your whole calendar-day interval to that date and sort by next due date. Marking a task complete today starts its next interval from today; this does not retain a full completion history.

Tasks remain in this browser when storage is available, including after reopening this page. They do not synchronise between devices, and clearing browser data removes them. Export a CSV schedule as a readable backup before deleting tasks or changing devices. CSV import and automatic reminders are not included. Keep official plant maintenance records separately.
Calendar Days Are Not Running Hours
A requirement of 500 running hours must not be entered as 500 days. The manual-based planner estimates dates using operating hours per day, but actual meter readings remain authoritative. Where the manual says “whichever comes first,” check both the hour and calendar limits. Review extracted tasks against the manual and apply stricter site or statutory requirements where needed.
A due-date list is not work authorisation. Qualified staff must assess condition, permits, isolation and manufacturer procedures before maintenance. Unplanned faults and safety inspections may require work before the next scheduled date.
